What is included in the apartment?
All our apartments are fully furnished with an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge & freezer, an internal laundry with washer, dryer and cleaning suppliers, free unlimited WiFi plus mobile broadband for out & about, SmartTV with streaming guest accounts, linen and towels. We provide cleaning supplies, toiletries, tea and coffee for the duration of your stays.
Are the apartments cleaned during my stay?
Daily housekeeping is included in the fee as well as a weekly clean. The daily clean includes waste removal, towel refresh, making of beds and cleaning of bathroom and kitchen. The weekly clean includes a linen change, vacuum and dusting of the apartment. We are totally flexible on housekeeping.
Is parking available?
Each apartment has at least one free, reserved dedicated parking bay in the secure apartment basement with direct lift access to apartment floor. There is also additional paid parking in the building.
Is there reception available at the apartments?

Do apartments have disability access?
Yes the apartments are accessible without any stairs - from the street, into the lobby and lift to the apartment floors.

What are your payment terms?
Your booking is confirmed with Cape 8 Collection once full payment is received. We accept payment via credit card on the website or EFT (electronic funds transfer).
Can I cancel after booking?
100% of paid reservation fee is refundable when canceled 10 days before arrival or earlier, 50% of paid reservation fee refundable it canceled 5 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled within 5 days.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Where possible we offer early check-in or late check-out. To guarantee early check-in or a very late check-out the nights before/after can be reserved at 50% of the rate if still available.
How does check-in work?
We offer contactless self-check-in for our apartment. The apartments have keyless check-in. An online check-in link will be provided seven days prior to arrival and must be completed to receive the arrival information and parking license plate registration link.
When will I receive my arrival information?
Arrival information is sent at least 728 hours prior to arrival once the online check-in has been completed.
